The troops are always asking for "the comforts of home"!  Most often requested items are:

• snack items
• ready to eat food
• BABY WIPES (are like gold!)
• socks
• pillow, blankets
• magazines of all genres, books
• games of any kind (including PSP games)
• movies, music CD's
• electronics 

-A group of Navy medics in Afghanistan has requested clothes and toys for local Afghani children for whom they also try to provide medical care.

-An Army medical group who are the first line of defense for injured or sick U.S. military personnel serving in Iraq, Kuwait and Afghanistan has requested:

• men's boxers (dark colors only) all sizes
• pajama pants (all sizes)
• travel size toiletries
• miscellaneous types of personal care and medical items
